Wisdom Through Horses™ Facilitator Program 

Terms & Conditions

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Access

Official Wisdom Through Horses™ Facilitator status is granted upon completion of the Facilitator Program.

You will receive access to all modules, videos, and downloadable resources, including but not limited to:

• Facilitator Guides

• Participant Journal Pages

• Registration Forms

• Welcome Letters / Letters to Parents

• Marketing Templates

Access to program materials is for your personal use as an Official Facilitator and is subject to maintaining good standing and active enrollment as outlined below.

Annual Renewal, Good Standing & Facilitator Status

Annual Renewal Option

By enrolling as an Official Wisdom Through Horses™ Facilitator, you agree to a recurring annual renewal fee of $199.00 to maintain active Facilitator status.

The annual renewal includes:

• Continued listing on the Official Wisdom Through Horses™ Facilitator Directory

• Ongoing access to monthly Q&A or support calls

• Access to updates and refinements to program materials

Your account will be automatically renewed each year using the payment method on file.

You will receive an email reminder thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date, which is based on the date of your original program purchase.

If you choose to cancel your renewal, you must do so prior to your renewal date.

How to Cancel Renewal

To cancel your annual renewal, you must either:

• Log into your Kajabi account and manage your subscription settings, or

• Submit a written cancellation request via email to [insert official WiTH support email address] prior to your renewal date.

Cancellations made after the renewal date will apply to the following renewal cycle.

No Refunds on Renewal

If you cancel your renewal during an active renewal term, no refunds will be issued for any renewal fees already paid.

Lifetime Facilitator Access Option

A Lifetime Facilitator Access option is available for a one-time fee of $1,199.00.

Lifetime access includes:

• Lifetime listing on the Official Wisdom Through Horses™ Facilitator Directory

• Permanent presence on the Wisdom Through Horses™ website

• No annual renewal fees or expiration

• Ability to update facilitator photo and profile text at any time

• Continued access to updated program materials

Lifetime access applies only to the individual Facilitator and is non-transferable.

Active Enrollment Requirement & Loss of Status

Official Wisdom Through Horses™ Facilitator status requires continued active enrollment, either through:

• An active annual renewal, or

• Lifetime Facilitator Access

If active enrollment is not maintained:

• Official Facilitator status will be revoked

• Access to the facilitator portal and materials will be removed

• Your listing and information will be removed from the Wisdom Through Horses™ website and directory

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to materials, no refunds are available.

Intellectual Property

All Wisdom Through Horses™ materials are protected by copyright.

You must receive permission to use Wisdom Through Horses™ materials. Once permission is granted, materials may be used only for the purpose of delivering the official Wisdom Through Horses™ Program.

As an Official Facilitator:

• You may download and print Facilitator Guides for personal use only.

• Facilitator Guides may not be shared, forwarded, distributed, uploaded, reproduced, or repurposed in any form.

• Participant Journal Pages may be printed and distributed only to individuals enrolled in your facilitated groups.

• Registration Forms and Welcome Letters / Letters to Parents may be printed or emailed to participants enrolling in your program.

Permitted Use

As an Official Wisdom Through Horses™ Facilitator, you may:

• Deliver the Wisdom Through Horses™ Program within your own business or organization

• Print Facilitator Guides for personal use

• Print and distribute Participant Journal Pages to enrolled participants

• Print or email Registration Forms and Welcome Letters / Letters to Parents

• Market yourself as an Official Wisdom Through Horses™ Facilitator

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Train others to become Wisdom Through Horses™ facilitators

• Create derivative programs, courses, or adaptations based on the curriculum

• Sell, translate, license, or repurpose program content

• Claim authorship or ownership of the Wisdom Through Horses™ curriculum

Safety & Liability

Facilitators acknowledge that working with horses involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death.

By participating, Facilitators voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with their facilitation activities.

Facilitators are independent practitioners and are solely responsible for maintaining their own appropriate liability insurance coverage related to their facilitation, equine activities, and programs offered under the Wisdom Through Horses™ curriculum.

Christina Stinchcomb, any affiliated parties individually, and/or Wisdom Through Horses, LLC shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of this Program.

Confidentiality

Training videos, facilitator resources, and proprietary materials are confidential and may not be shared.

Directory Listing

Facilitators may choose to be listed on the Wisdom Through Horses™ website as an Official Facilitator. Listings may include name, location, and contact information.

You may request removal from the directory at any time.

Support & Community

While in good standing, Facilitators will receive:

• Access to the private Wisdom Through Horses™ Kajabi Community

• Invitations to monthly live Q&A or support calls

These offerings are provided to enhance the Facilitator experience and may be updated, modified, or discontinued as the program evolves.

Optional one-on-one coaching sessions may be offered separately for an additional fee

Code of Ethics

All Official Facilitators agree to uphold the Wisdom Through Horses™ Code of Ethics, including but not limited to:

• Safe and ethical horsemanship

• Respect for participant boundaries and confidentiality

• Inclusive, compassionate facilitation

• Honest representation of the program

• Integrity in the use of materials

Violations of the Code of Ethics may result in suspension or revocation of Official Facilitator status.

Loss of Status

You understand and agree that your Official Facilitator status may be suspended or revoked at any time, at the sole discretion of Christina Stinchcomb, if these Terms and Conditions or the Code of Ethics are violated, or if program materials are misused.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal action shall be brought in Kent County, Maryland.

If Wisdom Through Horses™, LLC must pursue legal action to enforce these Terms, the non-breaching party may be required to reimburse reasonable attorney fees and court costs.

Binding Effect

These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon the Facilitator and their heirs, legal representatives, and successors, and shall inure to the benefit of Wisdom Through Horses™, LLC.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Code of Ethics, payment obligations, annual renewal requirements, intellectual property protections, and no-refund policy.
